Based in Washington County, New York, Dynasty Timber Frames Inc. is a concept to completion timber frame home building company owned and operated by Jim Kearns and Todd Koch. Using time honored craftsmanship, we offer home designs that range from the small and rustic to the spacious and elegant, while promoting sustainable building and low-impact living. Using 3-D modeling as well as time honored timber frame design, we work to help our customers create the home of their dreams. Serving the New York, Vermont and Massachusetts tri-state area and beyond, Dynasty Timber Frames is dedicated to high standards of designing, building and living.

Teaming with local businesses to ensure the most efficient scheduling and the highest quality in all aspects of construction we offer services ranging from frame design, engineering and raising, to full contracting, systems design/installation and finishing. By partnering with locally based Belcher Hollow Forge we also offer custom home furnishings that include interior and exterior railings, lighting / fixtures and other home accents.
